A fourth-generation Floridian, Natalie Arrowsmith was born and raised in Apopka, Florida and knows the community like the back of her hand. Specializing in Apopka real estate, she also has a particular expertise in residential properties in nearby communities such as Mount Plymouth, Sorrento, Plymouth, Zellwood, Tangerine, Ocoee, Winter Garden, Gotha and Mt. Dora.
A licensed Real Estate Broker in both Florida and North Carolina, Natalie has extensive experience in sales, marketing and the real estate industry. She has pounded the pavement as an outside sales representative for a copier company, processed loans for the highest producing loan officer in Central Florida, worked as the Policy Holder Relations Manager for the Florida Municipal Insurance Trust of the Florida League of Cities, and she’s a notary public as well. Her diverse experiences have honed her problem-solving skills and having had to deal with a wide spectrum of challenges has made her supremely adaptable, not to mention diplomatic, considerate, and conscientious.
Natalie holds a BA in History from the Florida State University and started her career in real estate in Waynesville, North Carolina where she enjoyed considerable success for several years. She just couldn’t stay away from Apopka, however. A hometown girl at heart, Natalie moved back to Central Florida were she and her husband are now happily settled and raising their own family in Apopka.
In order to provide a more personal and intensive level of service, Natalie recently launched her own boutique real estate firm, Arrowsmith Realty, Inc. In 2004, Hollie began her real estate career as a loan processor. After a year of processing she was given a unique opportunity to run her father’s business. Ruth Callaghan has resided in Apopka for the past 25 years and has lived in the Central Florida area since 1969. This tenure and having had her real estate license since 2006 gives Ruth a great advantage in the current real estate market.

Janine has lived in Apopka over 35 years. She started her career in commercial banking and switched to mortgage during the refinance boom of the eighties. She began working in the real estate industry in 2010 and earned her real estate licence in 2011.
